Job Summary:
TRC Talent is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Final Quality Control (FQC) Technician to join our team in Cartersville. The FQC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all final assembly products meet high-quality standards before they are delivered to our customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to perform visual inspections, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

  • Training: 1 week: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
  • After Training: 6PM-6:30AM on a 2-2-3 rotation schedule
Pay: $23.00/hr + $1.00 (Shift Differential once you start on Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections to verify product compliance with established quality standards.
  • Identify and reject products that do not meet quality specifications.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure productivity and quality goals are consistently met.
  • Accurately document inspection results, contributing to final product grading.
  • Report any quality issues that require escalation to the Quality Technician or line supervisor.
  • Ensure the production of high-quality products with minimal defects.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings as necessary, escalating deviations to the appropriate team.
  • Support fellow operators during breaks and provide coverage for other work areas when needed.
  • Adhere strictly to standardized work procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and perform inspections for extended periods.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and nights, as needed.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction.
  • Ability to stand and remain on feet for up to 12 hours per shift.
