General Duties: Aleut is in search of an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual with expertise in Modeling and Simulation (MOD/SIM) to build MOD/SIM capabilities and develop/execute training scenarios in the Officer Training Course (OTC) program at the 319 CTS, Peterson SFB, CO. Specific duties:
• Deliver MOD/SIM support to the OTC curriculum as required in Space Operations, Intelligence Operations, and Cyberspace Operations phases of instruction building and executing end-of-block exercises.

• Deliver MOD/SIM support to the development and execution of the 10-day OTC Graduation Exercise.
• Coordinate instructional activities with Contract Task Lead, and government supervisory personnel.

• Additional duties as assigned.

• Work on-site - minimal telework.

• Occasional swing shift work (if applicable) Required Skills:

• Proficiency in C programming.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)

• Active or current Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required. Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with U.S. Space Force-related Tactical Data Processors and applications - GCCS, Agile Client, PDS-M, TRS-Dashboard, and GIANT.

• Familiarity with AFSIM modeling and simulation tools.

• Familiarity with Systems Toolkit

• Skilled communicator, experienced in providing platform instruction to an academically diverse audience of military, government civilian, and contract personnel.
• Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or equivalent.

• Instructional System Design (ISD) experience. Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field. Six years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement. Experience:

• Required - minimum three years of experience managing modeling and simulation tools and building training scenarios.
