Job Description

• Basic knowledge of and familiarity with Android devices, including setup and common troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding inventory management.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and documentation accurately.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Experience working with Linux operating systems (command line basics).
• Responsibilities:
• Device Management: Manage, maintain, and deploy mobile devices (primarily Android) used within the lab environment, ensuring they are configured correctly, updated, and functional.
• Network Infrastructure: Manage, maintain, and deploy network infrastructure components (e.g., switches, routers, wireless access points) to ensure reliable connectivity within the lab.
• Inventory Management: Meticulously manage and track lab inventories, including hardware assets (devices, computers, peripherals), and potentially consumables.
• Host System Maintenance: Maintain lab host systems (servers/computers), performing necessary updates, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshooting Support: Provide first-level troubleshooting assistance for hardware, network, and device issues reported by lab users.
• Documentation: Document procedures, configurations, inventory records, and troubleshooting steps.
