As a Mobile Test Automation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing practices for iOS and Android applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Your Role: - Take full ownership of designing, developing, and executing test automation processes for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Utilize XCUITest and Swift to create robust mobile UI automation.
- Develop new automation frameworks, enhance existing ones, and implement automated test suites and cases.
- Drive efficiency by integrating CI/CD and cloud solutions.
- Evaluate features and functions to determine automation feasibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and debug automation test results while communicating findings effectively.
- Generate and manage test data necessary for execution or database setup.
- Engage in ongoing maintenance and refactoring of the code base.
Your Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in Mobile Automation Testing.
- Proficient in XCUITest, Swift, API testing, CI/CD, Azure, and Java.
- Familiar with Bitbucket/GitHub, TestRail, and CI/CD tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, or buddybuild.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies, along with Android Studio/Xcode and Oracle/SQL Database.
Optional Skills: - Knowledge of Objective-C, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python.
- Exceptional organization, planning, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Background in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
- ISTQB certification or similar credentials.
