Your Responsibilities Include: - Ensuring a high-quality buying experience for all customers.
- Conducting daily competitive gas price surveys.
- Completing required daily accounting paperwork and submitting by noon.
- Making daily bank deposits by noon.
- Managing daily ATM and Lottery fund accounting and deposits.
- Maintaining accurate fuel inventory records and reporting variations.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing staff effectively.
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ordering and receiving merchandise according to inventory guidelines.
- Ensuring adequate gasoline levels and coordinating deliveries.
- Maintaining an accurate compliance binder.
- Conducting employee evaluations and implementing promotional initiatives.
- Monitoring cash handling and inventory; assisting in investigations of discrepancies.
- Auditing cashier paperwork for accuracy.
- Maintaining required image standards.
- Addressing maintenance issues and reporting unusual occurrences.
- Managing price book maintenance and security camera operations as necessary.
- Preparing and managing payroll hours.
- Communicating effectively with associates and guests.
- Completing required paperwork accurately.
- Assisting with coverage for manager vacancies at other locations.
- Training and developing an assistant manager for your absence.
- Attending mandatory meetings and training sessions.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Territory Manager.

Qualifications: - Availability for flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a must.
- Preferred experience in fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environments.
- Experience hiring, training, and managing staff.
- Skills in labor allocation, sales building, scheduling, and expense management.
- Experience coaching and developing team members.
- Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Education: - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Rate: Starting at $20/hour
