This role plays a critical part in keeping our mobile repair operations running smoothly as being the central point of contact between customer and our mobile service team
Position Summary: As a Service Advisor for our mobile technicians, you will coordinate mobile repair requests, dispatch and maintain strong communication with customer and mobile techs. This position requires someone who can effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and supervisors to ensure smooth service operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Most interactions will be handled via phone and email requiring multi-tasking skills
Key Responsibilities: - Service as the primary point of contact between mobile customers and technicians.
- Receive service requests via phone/email and accurately gather information
- Open repair orders efficiently and maintain proactive communication with customers, providing updates on necessary repairs and vehicle status.
- Dispatch mobile technicians to job sites based on location, urgency and availability
- Collaborate with supervisors to assist with estimates, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Communicate job progress updates and completion timelines to customer's regularly
- Document all warranty information and recalls comprehensively, staying updated on the latest OEM recalls and campaigns.
- Coordinate effectively and track technician availability and job status to minimize downtime
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding fund collection and vehicle release, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to personal and professional growth.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and proactive support for team objectives.
Qualifications: - Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and vehicle repair information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Professional personal appearance and demeanor.
