Mobile Hospice RN Case Manager

Job Summary :
SkyBridge Healthcare is seeking a Travel Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.

Shift: M-F 8 hour days, on call 1-2 times per month

EMR: HCHB

- Contract assignments available for local and travel RNs

- 13 week assignment with opportunity to extend

- Territory- North Kingstown/South County/Westerly area

Requirements:

1-2 years Home Hospice RN experience

HCHB EMR Experience

Active and Unencumbered Rhode Island (RI) or Multistate RN License

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $2,346.00 per week
