Mobile Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Mobile Engineer to join a high-impact digital engineering team focused on building and enhancing large-scale, customer-facing mobile applications. This role will focus heavily on Flutter and Dart development and offers the opportunity to work on critical mobile platforms used by millions of users across iOS and Android devices.
Responsibilities:

•Design and build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

•Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless, intuitive mobile experiences.

•Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness across multiple devices.

•Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and data services.

•Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices.

•Maintain and improve existing mobile codebases and features.

Qualifications:

•3+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.

•Strong knowledge of Dart and mobile development fundamentals.

•Familiarity with native development in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin or Java).

•Experience integrating with REST APIs and managing app state (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC).

•Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and performance optimization techniques.

•Ability to write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.

Preferred Skills:

•Experience with Firebase, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based services.

•Previous work on enterprise-scale or high-traffic mobile applications.

•Exposure to analytics tools, feature flags, and A/B testing platforms.

•Comfortable working in Agile or Scrum environments.
