Mobile Crisis Clinician

Join a Mobile Crisis Intervention team supporting youth (up to age 18) in crisis in New London & Windham counties.
•  Respond to homes, schools, and community sites to assess, stabilize, and develop safety plans.
•  Provide short-term (up to 6-week) care coordination, referrals, and follow-up.
•  Work collaboratively with families, schools, and providers.
