Job description:
- Coordinate and track global marketing content through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process.
- Partner daily with operations specialists and marketing managers to manage content workflows.
- Prioritize tasks, escalate delays, and ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
- Occasionally collaborate with senior leadership on content progress and priorities.
What You Bring:
- Up to 5 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience tracking projects, juggling deadlines, and working cross-functionally.
