The Braum's Bakery in Tuttle, Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated Mixer to join our team. This is a full-time production position that requires commitment and a strong work ethic. The shift for this position starts at 7PM, and it follows a rotating schedule of 4 days on and 2 days off, totaling approximately 50 hours of work per week. The pay for this position is $18-$20 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay. The ideal candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly, as this is a physical job that requires strength and stamina. Additionally, candidates should be prepared to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the onboarding process. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and efficiency are key to success.
Produce doughs for buns, cookies, etc.
Ensure quality control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines during production.
Assist in troubleshooting machine issues as they arise.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food safety and hygiene.
