Description SAIC is seeking a strategic and proactive Mission Engagement Campaign Manager to develop engagement strategies; design campaigns to capture analytical frameworks to further the goals of geospatial based missions; conduct both senior-level and mission-user customer engagement and outreach activities; and develop outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and operational needs. This position will require both excellent written and oral skills; exhibit strong organizational skills; be an effective communicator and be able to proactively engage with external customers; be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot between multiple activities while managing tasks efficiently; and conduct effective outreach. Responsibilities include: Stakeholder Management Conduct regular meetings with CI mission uses across IC, DOD, and Law Enforcement. Build and maintain relationships with key personnel. Seek out similar missions and conduct outreach for assistance on campaigns. Document user requirements and pain points. Understand existing workflows and processes. Campaign Development Design CI campaigns for geospatial missions and tools. Capture analytical geospatial frameworks and or geospatial analyst frameworks. Build use cases, data, and analytical requirements. Implementation Oversee campaign execution and provide training and support to users. Monitor campaign effectiveness. Capture requirements based on feedback. Coordination Facilitate collaboration between different agencies. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations. User Requirement documents and Campaign Plans Detailed documentation of user needs and workflow analysis reports. Technical requirement specifications and strategic objectives. Tactical implementation steps and timeline and milestones. Resource allocation plans. Training Materials Create user guides, standard operating procedures, and best practice documentation. Performance Reporting Document user adoption statistics, impact assessments, and recommendations for improvement. Stakeholder Updates Provide regular status reports, executive briefings, and updates to leadership. Qualifications Active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience. 3-5 years' experience within an IC Agency with a strong understanding of CI operations. Project management capabilities. Experience in intelligence and Geospatial analysis tools and technology. Technical proficiency with data visualization and analytics. Knowledge of IC, DOD, and Law Enforcement protocols. Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence along with the MS suite of tools. Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000.
