The Mini Bar Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard presentation of the Mini Bar in guest rooms. The candidate will be responsible for preparing daily work assignments, preparing menus for posting, completing consumption reports, and fulfilling orders from the Mini Bar as well as other duties assigned by their leader. The candidate will work closely with Purchasing Manager to ensure consistent inventory availability.

This is a Part Time/Seasonal position.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, humble and knowledgeable service throughout the property
  • Create and assign boards to cover all Due-ins, Due-outs, and Stayovers, ensuring that all rooms have had the Mini-bar refreshed and accounted for.
  • Oversee the Mini Bar to ensure consistency and compliance with the Mini-bar Standard Operating Procedures
  • Take inventory of all snacks, alcohol, and items that are designated Mini-bar
  • Assist management with projects or assignments as needed
  • Monthly check of expiration dates and do the appropriate discard
  • Monitor and maintain minibar carts and storages clean and organize at all time
  • Be responsive on the radio (Zello application) when Office coordinator/Supervisors/Manager reach out
Employee Relations
  • Assist in creating a culture that encourages our staff to grow
  • Support service teams
  • Prepare all required paperwork including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
General/Miscellaneous
  • Ensure in quality of guest experience, service, operational effectiveness, employee retention, and satisfaction
  • Ensure consistent, thorough, and timely communication to peers, managers, guests, and vendors
  • Continually strive to provide opportunities to advance the education and development of staff as it relates to food, wine, and service
  • Understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations/ordinances that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the farm/restaurant/inn, its employees, and its guests
  • All other duties as assigned by manager
