Job Number: R Military Operations Human Resources Specialist Key Role: Support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency ( DARPA ) by providing expert Human Resources (HR) guidance aligned with military personnel processes. Apply deep knowledge of military human capital systems to develop and execute effective personnel strategies, ensure policy compliance, and support the integration of military talent across the agency. Work independently with minimal direction, serve as a t rus ted advisor to agency stakeholders, and mentor or supervise team members. Perform a variety of routine tasks to facilitate all functional areas of a human resources department. Apply advanced consult ing skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience supporting military HR functions
Experience managing military evaluations, performance documentation, and personnel actions
Knowledge of officer assignment cycles and HR systems across the Armed Services
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience supporting Air Force or Space Force personnel programs
Experience drafting and processing high-level Department of Defense award nominations
Experience with manpower forecasting and tracking in support of military assignment cycles
Possession of excellent organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
