We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Military Customer Support and Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to military personnel and veterans. In this role, you will manage sensitive information, deliver superior customer service, and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with military communities and be capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt and courteous assistance to military members, veterans, and their families through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist in processing service requests, benefits inquiries, and documentation related to military services and programs.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and manage confidential files while adhering to data security protocols.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare reports, and perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence management.
  • Monitor incoming communications and appropriately direct inquiries to relevant departments.
  • Support onboarding, benefits, and transition assistance programs tailored specifically for the military community.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support, particularly in military, government, or defense-related roles, is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with military terminology, protocols, and support systems (e.g., VA, DFAS, TRICARE) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Outlook.
  • U.S. Citizenship and capability to manage sensitive or classified information, as needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • Military background or experience in supporting military-affiliated clients.
  • Working knowledge of government forms and benefit systems (e.g., DD-214, VA claims).
  • Experience with CRM or help desk software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Bilingual candidates (especially in Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
