The big picture:

You'll lead instruction in mathematics, planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet diverse student needs. You'll foster a safe, inclusive learning space and ensure students hit - and exceed - academic benchmarks.

  • Design and deliver engaging, standards-based math lessons
  • Inspire students through clear instruction, fun activities, and real-world connections
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction to support success
  • Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and leadership to support each learner
  • Create a disciplined, respectful, and engaging classroom culture
  • Embrace tech, diversity, and innovation in your teaching approach

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's in Education or related field (required)
  • Eligible for Maryland teaching certification
  • Strong instructional skills and a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and classroom management
  • Passion for multicultural and inclusive education
