Position Overview
Our firm needs a Mid to Senior Level Software Engineer with proven experience in AI Development to join our growing team. This is a "comprehensive" position encompassing analysis, research, design, and development. We are looking for a professional with experience in front and back end development. The successful applicant will work in collaboration with the executive, systems architect, business analyst and other developers at the company.
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and highly innovative. As a member of the team, the developer will understand business requirements and system requirements and come up with the most prolific design and working solution for the employees and customers of the business.
This position will report to the Chief Technology Officer of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Gather intelligence from corporate executives, systems architect, and business analyst about needs and future growth.
- Lead a small team of developers in an Agile development cycle.
- Front and back end Web development using Angular 2+.
- Front and back end development of a project designed using WPF and WCF framework with SQL database.
- Generating ideas with team members and offering insightful solutions.
- Design and Estimate technical solutions per project requirements.
- Clearly communicate research and designs to team and upper management.
- Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
- Review and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.
- Independent thinker with the ability to perform under pressure.
Education & Experience
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or relevant certification.
- Strong working experience minimum 5 years in implementing solutions using C .
- Minimum 3 years working experience in web development using Angular 2+.
- Minimum 2 years experience in machine learning algorithms and deep learning concepts.
- Minimum 2 years experience in AI framework and libraries.
- Minimum 2 years experience with data modelling for AI applications.
- Minimum 2 years working experience with generative AI modelling and implementation.
- Minimum 2 years working experience implementing WPF UI's.
- Minimum 5 years of SQL database experience writing complex queries, triggers, functions, and stored procedures.
- Experience with Web service development and utilization (SOAP/REST).
- Experience with Token based Authentication and Authorization.
- Experience with .NET Core.
- Experience with ORM tools such as Entity Framework.
- Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes a plus.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of NLP a plus.
Compensation
Will be based on education and experience.
Employment Type and Duration
- This is a full time position with 90-day evaluation period.
