Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mid to Senior-level Interior Designer for commercial and healthcare projects at CURéA Design Studio in Centennial, CO. This important role will help develop and lead the design of projects, lead client meetings where needed, and oversee and contribute to development of design deliverables (full design and construction packages, renderings, furniture, art, and wayfinding packages), interior finish palettes, and furniture and art standards development.
Requirements
- Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Project Management skills.
- Must have 6+ years of commercial interior design experience to be considered.
- Must have 6+ years of experience creating document sets for commercial design and construction.
- Must have Healthcare interior design knowledge and experience; minimum of 5 years of experience to be considered.
- Strong ability to communicate project needs to our internal design team, coordinate with project consultants, execute deliverables, and lead client meetings.
- Knowledge of environmental graphic design and wayfinding design.
- Behavioral Health experience a plus.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design required.
- Strong Revit experience is required. Minimum 5 years' experience, no exception.
- Strong Rendering skills are required.
- NCIDQ certification a plus.
- Able to travel for in-person meetings throughout Colorado and other states as needed.
