Mid to Senior Level Engineer We are currently seeking Mid to Senior Level Engineers for our Dayton, Ohio location. Hybrid work may be available for this position; requests will be objectively handled on a case by case.
Position is located in Dayton, OHHOW WILL THIS POSITION CONTRIBUTE? - Mission: You can help us fulfill our mission of developing, integrating, and transitioning advanced multi-sensor military capabilities by conceiving and developing innovative engineering solutions. We have a wide range of engineering needs including system design, development, testing, and field deployment.

WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?Required: - Expertise with a history of demonstrated proficiency in the following technical areas:
- Digital signal processing (DSP)
- Radar measurements and radar signal processing
- Image processing
- Tracker design and implementation
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D., degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five years' experience
- Applicants must be US citizens capable of obtaining and maintaining a US DoD security clearance.
Desired: - Experience in electromagnetics theory or radio frequency (RF) systems design.
- Experience in machine learning, pattern recognition, signal processing, computer vision, digital design, or numerical computing.
- Experience with high-performance computing.
- Experience with numerical simulations.
- Experience or interest in systems demonstrations, field tests, and exercises.
