Mission:

What will be your responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation;
  2. Develop, negotiate, and oversee strategic supply agreements to ensure long-term value and alignment with business goals;
  3. Conduct in-depth market research to identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing suppliers aligned with quality, cost, and service objectives;
  4. Analyze procurement needs across departments, prioritize requisitions, and ensure timely execution of purchasing strategies;
  5. Drive supplier optimization initiatives, focusing on cost reduction, continuous quality improvement, and enhanced service levels;
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align procurement efforts with organizational objectives and project timelines.

Profile and requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering;
  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in Procurement, preferably within the Electronics and/or Mechanical Manufacturing sectors;
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and decision-making skills;
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and lead procurement initiatives independently;
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on value creation and process efficiency;
  • Language proficiency: Advanced command of English (C2 level - written and spoken);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude;
  • Solid understanding of commercial and financial procedures related to procurement (preferred);
  • Knowledge in Microsoft BC.
