International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) is seeking a qualified individual for a Mid-Level Ship Integration and Test Engineer, providing engineering support to the US Navy's Conventional Prompt Strike Program Office. The selected individual will provide subject matter expertise integrating and testing US Navy weapon systems and components with surface and subsurface platforms. Applicant must have a bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Math or Science Discipline with at least five (5) years of professional experience; a master's degree in an Engineering, Math or Science Discipline with at least two (2) years of professional experience. Additional required experience: proficiency with Microsoft Office Products; strong communication skills (oral and written); and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Required experience includes:

• Knowledge of weapon and combat system development, integration, maintenance, and sustainment processes;

• Experience with engineering documentation review in support of equipment installation, testing, and verification;

• Assessing and developing recommendations for proposed system improvements, design updates, and lifetime support activities;

• Understanding and interpreting system requirements, developing Plans of Action and Milestones, and navigating technical databases.
Desired experience includes:

• Experience with or detailed knowledge of USN Command and Control Systems, and their interaction with various USN Sensor and Weapon systems

• Experience developing, integrating, and/or testing tactical software for weapon or combat systems

• Experience developing, reviewing, and/or implementing requirements and specifications for complex systems

• Experience with USN combat system baseline management and certification

• Experience with USN interoperability testing and certification processes including modeling and simulation capabilities

• Experience with risk management processes and procedures
