The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Security & Fire Multi Operations Specialist to join the team in San Antonio, TX. Join our team as a Mid-Level Security & Fire Multi Operations Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations. In this dynamic position, you will oversee physical security and badging operations, serve as the alternate contract representative for our security contract, and lead various projects to enhance our security measures. You will be responsible for checking the status of multiple projects on-site and acting as the alternate emergency manager, ensuring preparedness and swift response in critical situations. Position Responsibilities: Determines the appropriate course of action within the scope of qualifications
Completes appropriate documentation
Ensures compliance with company security practices, procedures and government regulations
Implements and ensures compliance with information protection practices and procedures to enhance company operations
Coordinates with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with company and government regulations and requirements
Assists customers in researching and resolving common questions and problems, and defining requirements
Works according to established company and government guidelines Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in law enforcement, security operations, and/or physical security
3+ years of experience in reviewing and approving invoices
3+ years of experience in project management
3+ years of experience with site Security & Fire Operational
3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
Experience with lock and key program
Experience with physical security
Experience with auditing
Experience with Security & Fire Operations policies and procedures
Experience with contract management
Experience conducting Service Level Assessment (SLA) reviews with service contractors; mutually addressing service delivery issues, lessons learned, and best practices
Experience reviewing Uniformed Security Incident Reports (USIR)
