Role:

This hybrid role blends product ownership with scrum leadership, making it ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build technical and leadership skills in a fast-paced product environment. You will collaborate with the CEO, Engineering Manager, designers, engineers, QA and other stakeholders to help plan and execute Hussle's roadmap.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of features across mobile and web platforms
  • Collaborate across departments to plan and implement product functionality within Hussle's 8 core feature modules
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlogs
  • Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria
  • Lead daily interactions with engineers and QA with stand up, updates, messaging, reports, meetings and other tools.
  • Track sprint progress and raise risks or blockers to appropriate stakeholders
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure quality and timely releases
  • Collect feedback from internal stakeholders to inform feature improvement
  • Assist in coordinating QA processes before deployment
  • Work with team and other stakeholders for approval and sign off
Professional Experience / Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience is helpful.
  • Proven success and experience in a fast pace agile environment.
  • Experience managing and leading a scrum team with a track record achieving and exceeding delivery targets.
  • The successful candidate will be charismatic, collaborative, and have strong organizational skills to work and manage multiple priorities.
  • This role requires tenacity, aggressiveness and persistence (aka scrappy).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and executive engagement skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • Curious by nature with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with overall business goals.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on building and supporting positive customer relationships.
