Mid-Level JIRA Integration/Scheduler supports planning, scheduling, and documentation tasks for a large organization. Duties may include: Support working group to manage project elements. Develop agenda, charts, action items, and status in coordination with government leads. Design and maintain an integrated master schedule of test events, dependencies, capabilities and effectivities to meet evolving customer needs. Evaluate impacts on segment, project and enterprise schedule related to changes in customer and program requirements or schedule performance. Update schedules with new or modified request for service (RFS) and staffing resource allocation data. Develop a resource loaded schedule to support office planning, staffing of skill sets, and software tool development needs to support future activities. Provide status to include analysis and reports to management consistent with program and customer requirements. Support and improve business processes. Identify areas for efficiencies and provide process improvements. Track project execution, identify, and mitigate project risk. Work independently and within teams where appropriate. Provide briefings to internal team and assist with briefings to senior government customers. Will be responsible for technical and operational leadership of test management projects within the guidelines set by the program manager and customers. Define, generate, and review project requirements documentation and communicate with stakeholders regularly for updates and maintenance of requirements. Build testing schedules for the organization based on inputs from program schedules, requests for change (RFCs), and other system level data to allow the organization to develop their staffing, software, and support needs. Monitor projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained and create products to track schedules, project actions, meeting agendas, and other documentation to support government working groups. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or 6 years of additional equivalent experience in project management, scheduling, or business processes. 4-7 years of experience with planning, schedule development, and resource allocation Experience with schedule planning, visualization, and project management tools e.g. JIRA/Confluence, Microsoft Project Knowledge/experience working in the Intelligence Community. Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and formulate solutions for problems/issues. Strong interpersonal, customer interaction, written, and verbal and briefing skills with ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Desired: System Engineering and project planning experience, working medium to large projects.
