Overview Tecolote's Corporate Headquarters has an exciting opportunity for someone interested in continuing a career in Contract Administration. This position will provide support that is essential within the Corporate Headquarters Contracts Department; includes confirming contractual obligations are met, and ensuring other divisions in the Company are fully informed about ongoing contractual activities.
Responsibilities - Perform administration of a portfolio of contracts and subcontracts awarded to Tecolote, from award thought closeout, for small and large dollar value US Government contracts
- Duties will primarily include contract interpretation, support negotiations, ensure contract compliance, and provide administrative and audit support to Contracts Manager and other Senior Management staff as required
- Assist in proposal development and submission
- Familiarity with FAR, DFAR provisions for FFP, FP/LOE, CPFF/Completion and Term, CPAF, CPIF, and T&M contracts is required
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000/Year, DOE
Skills Required - Must possess excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word
- Experience with Government Contracting
- Familiarity with GSA schedules desired
- Ability to communicate and interact well with all levels of the organization and external customers
- Strong commitment and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment is critical
- US Citizenship is required
