We are seeking candidates with a deep understanding of the Microsoft Core Infrastructure Suite of products, along with experience in managing highly available transactional environments subject to PCI, HIPAA, or other regulatory compliance.

Skills and Experience Required: - 5+ years of experience supporting data center infrastructure hardware and software.
- 5+ years in administering Microsoft Windows Server in virtual and physical settings.
- Expertise with Microsoft System Center Suite products (SCCM, SCOM, MCEM).
- Administering Active Directory in a multi-domain OU environment.
- Experience managing Microsoft Exchange Server or Office 365.
- Proficient in implementing Group Policies.
- PowerShell or other scripting experience for administrative tasks.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills for technical processes.
- Problem-solving skills with a multi-faceted approach.
- Strong adherence to change control processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications: - Experience in environments with stringent security standards.
- Familiarity with SSO or MS Federated services.
- Experience in managing cloud solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Data analysis skills for informing infrastructure decisions.
Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, manage, and monitor Microsoft Server infrastructure.
- Oversee vulnerability management within the environment.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies.
- Support annual security accreditation and maintain security levels year-round.
- Develop and implement configuration settings in line with security requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for infrastructure-related issues.
- Represent IT interests on complex projects and escalate concerns as needed.
- Plan, schedule, and communicate system changes effectively.
- Champion best practices and policies for IT Systems.
- Proactively manage risk and maintain documentation for infrastructure management.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and administrators.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Qualifications: - Technical Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, VMware, ITIL, or other relevant technology certifications.
- Education: Bachelor's degree, technology trade school, or equivalent training programs, along with 5 years of relevant experience in systems architecture, implementation, support, or training.
