Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and optimize the Microsoft Office 365 environment
(Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.).
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Office 365 services, resolving complex user
issues and conducting root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Network, DevOps) to
implement integrations and automation solutions.
Maintain security and compliance standards through conditional access policies,
DLP, and RBAC configurations.
Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and generate usage
reports for stakeholders.
Manage hybrid environments (Azure AD Connect, Exchange Hybrid) and thirdparty tool integrations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and disaster recovery
plans.
Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap changes and evaluate new features for
business adoption.
