The Solution Consultant/Functional Analyst will have 5+ years of experience specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform who will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our Dynamics solution to meet business needs.

Role/Responsibilities
  • Extensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 module Customer Service, Power Platform and Integrations
  • Knowledge of the platform's capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization.
  • Experience in automotive industry can be valuable for understanding sector-specific requirements and challenges.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization.
  • Configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs.
  • Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required.
  • Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
  • Lead or assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Support in development of user manuals and training materials.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
  • Create detailed documentation of the configuration, customizations, and integrations.
  • Maintain documentation for future reference and auditing.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business processes and design appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to manage projects efficiently.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure tasks stay on track.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of Dynamics 365, including architecture, data models, and integration points.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams (developers, IT staff) to implement and support solutions
