Role Description: Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with over 10 years of expertise in Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement) and a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management . The ideal candidate should be Microsoft Dynamics certified and possess deep technical knowledge in customizing, configuring, and implementing Dynamics solutions for financial services. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for Asset Management and Wealth Management domains. - Customize Dynamics CRM/ERP modules to meet business requirements, including portfolio management, investment tracking, and client reporting . - Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps to enhance Dynamics functionality. - Integrate Dynamics with third-party financial systems, APIs, and data warehouses . - Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for Dynamics environments. - Lead migration and upgrade projects from older Dynamics versions (AX, CRM) to Dynamics 365 . - Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship , and best practices to junior developers. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations (SEC, Client, GDPR) in all Dynamics customizations. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE) , with a focus on Asset & Wealth Management . - Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-500, MB-300, PL-200, or PL-400 ). - Strong expertise in: - Dynamics 365 development (X , C , .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform) - Dual-write, Dataverse, and Common Data Service (CDS) - Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Functions, Data Lake) - SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI for financial reporting - Experience in wealth management / asset management workflows (client onboarding, KYC, portfolio analytics). - Knowledge of financial data models, investment accounting, and regulatory compliance . - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills. - Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Treasury). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies . - Previous work in investment banking, hedge funds, or private equity firms . Competencies: Digital : Microsoft Azure, Digital : Microsoft Power BI, Digital : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Capital Markets - Asset Management, SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services(SSRS)
