Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Consultant to assist our team. We are looking for someone who is able to come in on a consultancy bases to give guidance when needed.
Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Implementation: - Assess client requirements and design Microsoft-based solutions using technologies such as Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and others.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of Microsoft solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
- Configure and customize Microsoft applications to meet client business needs.
Migration and Upgrades: - Plan and execute migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft cloud solutions (e.g., Office 365, Azure).
- Manage upgrades and updates of Microsoft applications and infrastructure components.
- Conduct post-migration testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless transition.
Administration and Support: - Provide ongoing administration and support for Microsoft environments, including user management, security configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and optimize Microsoft solutions for efficiency and reliability.
- Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues related to Microsoft technologies.
Training and Documentation: - Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for end-users on Microsoft applications and features.
- Create documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles for internal teams and clients.
- Foster adoption of Microsoft solutions through effective training and support.
Consulting and Advisory Services: - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on Microsoft technologies and solutions.
- Recommend improvements and enhancements based on industry trends, best practices, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Consultant, Microsoft Certified Professional, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 (Microsoft 365), Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Active Directory.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft-based solutions for enterprise clients.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
