Minimum of 5 years of experience in Active Directory architecture and administration.
Proven experience with On Prem AD and Azure AD migration projects.
Experience on Merger and Acquisition projects. Migration work from AD to AD.
Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related technologies.
Strong understanding of Azure AD, including identity management, conditional access, and synchronization.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Architecting Active Directory Solutions: Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure Active Directory infrastructure for both on-premises and cloud environments.
Migration Projects: Lead and execute migration projects from on-prem AD to Azure AD, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams during project planning and implementation phases.
Security and Compliance: Ensure Active Directory solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Active Directory environments.
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Active Directory and associated technologies.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for architectures, processes, and migration plans.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver successful projects.
