Job Title: Microsoft Autopilot Configuration and Implementation Specialist
Location: Hybrid - Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on-site)
Rate: $78/hr - $87/hr
Contract Type: W2 (Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorships, C2C, or 1099)
Contract Duration: 1 Year (with potential extensions)
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Autopilot Configuration and Implementation Specialist to join our client's team. This specialist will play a critical role in configuring, deploying, and maintaining our Microsoft Autopilot environment, working closely with infrastructure and project management teams to ensure seamless device provisioning and management.
Responsibilities: - Configuration and Implementation:
- Configure and deploy Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning and management.
- Develop and implement deployment profiles and policies.
- Integrate Autopilot with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices (EA and Cyber).
- Project Management Support:
- Collaborate with project managers to execute Autopilot implementation milestones and deliverables.
- Provide regular project status updates.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Generate deployment status reports and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ongoing Support and Maintenance (Post-Project):
- Monitor and optimize the Autopilot environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues.
- Train IT staff and end-users on Autopilot tools and processes.
- Stay current with new Autopilot features and implement improvements.
Required Qualifications: - Proven experience with Microsoft Autopilot configuration and deployment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 management.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience with device imaging, provisioning, and understanding of network configurations and security protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
