WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer to design, build, and maintain our corporate intranet and document management systems. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing user-friendly SharePoint environments, automating workflows using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and ensuring secure, governed access to business-critical content.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include: - Develop and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows to streamline business operations.
- Build Power Platform solutions to automate processes and enhance user experience.
- Manage document governance, metadata, security, and retention policies.
- Migrate content from legacy systems and integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise tools.
- Provide technical support, training, and best practice documentation.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript).
- Understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and integration.
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
