Duties and Responsibilities: Testing DLP Solution in DEV Implementation in Prod Gate reviews Compilation of Knowledge Base Articles Working with Service Desk to ensure support scripts are updated Working with CDOS and OICOS to ensure policies, monitoring and alerts are captured in the design Working with communications team to ensure user communications meets technical merits Leading transition from Implementation to O&M Dev to Prod testing needs: Regex pattern building Policy prioritization experience Troubleshooting message flow On-going O&M support of the Purview DLP rules Managing updates Reviewing configuration Updating configuration to meet any changing policies and procedures. Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years work experience Microsoft Azure Certification 365 Engineer and Architect experience Deep EXOL Hybrid experience on Premises Exchange abilities are important DLP Teams all PSTN voice and Oracle SBC experience is a plus SharePoint infrastructure OneDrive Azure AD/Entra Connect sync Escalated and VIP tickets Purview 365 Mail Quarantine IRM Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
