Initially, this role is compensated through successful TGE is equity with token allocations. However, our comprehensive tokenomics model includes structured token allocations for co-founders upon completion of key milestones. Following the anticipated public token sale in January, we plan to introduce salaries alongside equity and token rewards.

POSITION: Microservices System Architect with Web3 Experience

Launch Legends is seeking a Microservices System Architect with Web3 Experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architectures for our Layer-1 blockchain ecosystem and associated decentralized platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise in microservices, APIs, and Web3 technologies to support a rapidly growing, globally distributed ecosystem. As a key contributor, you will shape the backend infrastructure that powers our cutting-edge blockchain platform and ensures its interoperability with Web3 applications.

Key Responsibilities

•   Microservices Architecture Design and Implementation
•  Design scalable, secure, and efficient microservices architectures that support high-performance Web3 applications.
•  Develop and deploy microservices using best practices to ensure seamless communication, modularity, and fault tolerance.
•  Implement robust APIs for integration with blockchain nodes, decentralized systems, and third-party platforms.
•   Web3 Integration
•  Architect and maintain systems that facilitate interoperability between Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.
•  Design and optimize data pipelines and API gateways to support Web3 services, including smart contracts, tokenization, and decentralized storage solutions.
•  Work closely with blockchain developers to integrate microservices with Layer-1 protocols and decentralized applications (dApps).
•   Performance Optimization and Scalability
•  Build microservices systems optimized for horizontal scalability and efficient resource utilization.
•  Continuously monitor and improve the performance of distributed systems, ensuring low-latency operations and reliability under high transaction loads.
•  Develop strategies for scaling infrastructure to meet the growing demands of the platform.
•   System Security and Compliance
•  Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity of blockchain and microservices systems.
•  Conduct regular security audits and apply best practices for identity management, encryption, and decentralized security protocols.
•   Cross-Functional Collaboration
•  Partner with blockchain developers, DevOps engineers, and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of microservices.
•  Collaborate with product managers to align system architecture with business goals and end-user requirements.
•  Foster effective communication and collaboration between development, marketing, and operations teams to address cross-functional needs.
•   Project Management and Agile Execution
•  Manage microservices projects through the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment, using Agile methodologies.
•  Participate in sprint planning, standup meetings, and retrospectives to maintain alignment with project timelines and goals.
•  Document architecture decisions, workflows, and system designs for internal knowledge sharing and future scalability.
•   Technology Roadmap and Innovation
•  Define and maintain the technology roadmap for microservices architecture and integration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
•  Identify emerging Web3 and microservices trends and technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities and foster innovation.
•  Guide teams on adopting new tools and technologies to improve the development and deployment of microservices. Qualifications
•   Microservices Expertise : Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices architectures in production environments, with an understanding of frameworks and tools.
•   API Development : Strong expertise in building and managing secure, scalable APIs for internal and external integrations.
•   Web3 and Blockchain Knowledge : Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, blockchain protocols (e.g., Cosmos, Ethereum), and smart contract integration.
•   System Architecture : Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable system architectures for distributed platforms.
•   Programming Skills : Proficiency in languages in Golang , with other languages like Python, or Java.
•   DevOps Collaboration : Experience working with DevOps teams on containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
•   Security Best Practices : Deep understanding of security protocols, including identity management, data encryption, and decentralized authentication.
•   Project Management Skills : Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, or similar tools for tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
•   Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical ideas to cross-functional teams.
