We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microscopy Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and contribute to the development of high-quality products. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing critical insight and analysis to support our manufacturing processes. The role requires extensive experience with Electron Microscopy and dual beam or FIB systems, as well as a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain the Electron Microscope, ensuring its optimal performance for accurate and detailed imaging.
2. Perform complex microscopic examinations and analyses on a variety of materials used in manufacturing processes.
3. Prepare samples for microscopic examination, including sectioning, staining, and mounting.
4. Analyze microscopic images to identify issues, defects, or areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
5. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to interpret microscopic findings and implement necessary changes.
6. Document and report all findings accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Conduct regular checks and maintenance on other laboratory equipment.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in microscopy techniques and technologies.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the laboratory.
10. Provide technical assistance and guidance to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:
1 . 2+ years of experience as a Microscopy Technician, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing methods and environment.
3. Extensive hands on experience in operating and maintaining an Electron Microscope.
4. Strong understanding of sample preparation techniques and microscopic analysis.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
9. Proficient in using computer software and applications related to the job.
10. Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
