Microelectronic Technician 2 with Security Clearance

Seeking a Microelectronics Technician 2 to support our molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) department. As a member of the MBE department you'll work alongside material science engineers and equipment support engineers. This position will serve on-site at the Space Park campus, on the Manhattan Beach, CA side. Responsibilities: Use characterization systems to analyze wafers for Engineering review. Start-up systems being used for the day. Perform daily calibrations. Run tools for the day's task. Learn/practice on any new tools that were recently acquired. Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma

• Able to lift 30-40 pounds

• Computer-literate

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, and Word) Preferred Qualifications:

• Semiconductor Wafer handling - wafer handling and wafer analysis.
• Cleanroom experience
