2. Microbiology Specialist (Supervisor) Location: Woodsville, NH
Shift: Full-time, Dayshift
Salary: Up to $42/hour
We are looking for an experienced Microbiology Supervisor to lead a team in the microbiology department. In this role, you will oversee daily lab operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure accurate testing and results. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a microbiology setting and be certified as a Medical Technologist (MT).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in microbiology
- MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification required (no MLT applicants)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
