BUSINESS MANAGER

The Business Office Manager is a result-oriented professional. Responsible for all aspects of the bookkeeping operations, including training and supervision of the front desk team, interaction with and transmission of reports to the Main Office, maintaining confidentiality, and other projects assigned by the Executive Director.

  • Hours: Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet the needs of our residents and the community. 40 + hours/week, typically includes Monday-Friday and some weekends.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Responsible for Bookkeeping/Office Management Operations
  • Responsible for Specific Payroll & HR Bookkeeping Procedures
  • Responsible for Specific Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Bookkeeping Procedures
Required Education, Knowledge and Skills
  • Good Accounting Skills
  • Education/ training in related fields
  • Expert Computer skills required
  • Strong oral, written and inter-personal communication skills
  • Strong public relations and diplomacy skills
  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Exceptional organizational skills, detail and multi-task oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow directions, and work both independently and with co-workers
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to professionally deal with residents, their families, prospective residents, other staff and the general public
  • Professional attitude and appearance
