The Position
This individual is responsible for calibration of measuring equipment in accordance with written procedures. Ensures all calibrations and documentation are in accordance with cGMP, NNUSBPI, and corporate guidelines. This role will require clean room gowning to perform work in our sterile manufacturing areas.
This is an onsite based role Monday-Friday at our West Lebanon, NH bio-production facility.

Essential Functions
Performs testing and calibration of production equipment and measurement standards across multiple measurement disciplines, in accordance with Standard Operating ProceduresMaintain documentation and (Regulatory Asset Manager/RAM) database pertaining to calibration activitiesCompletes required documentation in a manner compliant with all regulatory standardsAssist plant personnel with troubleshooting and repair of production, laboratory, utility systems and equipmentAccurately performs mathematical calculations relating to calibrationsPerforms all job duties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations and industry codesIncorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities and interactions with othersOther duties as assignedQualifications
- Education and Certifications
- Associates Degree in relevant field or equivalent military training or industrial training which includes an understanding of metrology, instrumentation and controls required
Work ExperienceOne (1) year experience with electronics calibration, troubleshooting or repair experience requiredExperience working within a cGMP environment is preferredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBasic computer skills preferredBasic math skills preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredDemonstrated ability to work with a teamTechnical Aptitude of electronics and/or mechanics is a plusPhysical Requirements
0-10% overnight travel required. The ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, and walk. The ability to push, pull, lift, finger, feel, and grasp. The ability to speak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication. Repetition including substantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. Lifting up to 33lbs/15kg of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visual acuity to perform close activities such as: reading, writing, and analysing; and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations. The working environment includes a variety of physical conditions including: noise, vibration, inside and outside conditions including temperature changes, extreme cold, and extreme heat; proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals. The working environment frequently includes close quarters and narrow aisles or passageways.
