MES Stands for (Manufacturing Execution System)
PURPOSE/ MISSION OF TEAM: The purpose of this position would be to help expand the footprint of SyncoraDMP (our client's homegrown MES) by delivering successful projects. The goal is to deliver a great product and a process so the customer is willing to advocate for our client; helping us get future business.
The Solution Architect will own custom solutions based on the Syncora Digital Manufacturing Platform (Syncora DMP) for a specific customer. The architect will be responsible for developing business processes for the customer, leveraging Syncora standard solutions and applications to minimize custom development. This will allow for periodic Syncora upgrades and patches without putting the business solutions at risk.

Architecture Review:
Facilitate and conduct business and functional requirements gathering workshops
Write Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specifications Document (FSD), and client communications documentation
Map both simple and complex business processes (AS-IS & TO-BE) and/or larger scope workflow
Guide architecture decisions based on industry standards (ISA-95) and best practices
Lead conversations and directives for the Syncora DMP team and facilitating Partners
Leadership & Mentorship:
Leading cross-functional teams, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members
Processes:
Perform business process analysis
Identify and drive Syncora DMP solutions
Lead the development of future recommendations and conduct presentations to the customers and internal teams
Become proficient in Syncora DMP including interfaces and integrations
Lead end-user test case development
Participate in and validate user acceptance testing
Participate in analysis and recommendation of software solutions based on business requirements.
Operation Support
Lead day to day technical support of the customer solution to ensure it operates in an optimal mode
Focus on the technical/functional architecture of a solution
Partner with key Technology, business unit personnel, and key partners to identify the opportunity for improvement in all areas, including Syncora DMP Platform improvements

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
