Expertise in high-performance, cross-functional teams developing, and supporting information systems in the manufacturing industries
Understand the paper Batch record and business process flow in collaboration with business SMEs
Data-driven, user-centric, technology, and information solutions business systems analyst with a deep understanding of business processes and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of Mfg. Process Controls and Reporting program
Implement and execute the shopfloor transaction using OpCenter Execution
Experience in C and object-oriented programming concepts
Author Computer System Validation (CSV) documents such as Functional Risk Assessment, Validation Plan, System Test Plan, Test Summary Reports (IQ/OQ/UAT), Validation Report, etc. following industry standard GAMS 5 and/or following the client Quality standards. Author and review test scripts (IQ, OQ, PQ)
Perform IQ (application and devices), OQ (including the Siemens CAMSTAR/OpCenter MES System integration with SAP, PAC and other L3/L2 systems)
Assist Recipe Author/Modeler in Key user and end user training content creation based on the standard Siemens CAMSTAR/OpCenter MES System product training material
Assist CoE and Site in conducting End user training
Opcenter Modeler:
High technical confidence in modeling
Experience leveraging path-selectors as a solution
Experience with e-procedures containing 10+ task lists, with each task list containing 10+ tasks
Experience with container splitting, child containers, and OOB transactions Embedded within tasks
Experience utilizing text variables within task item instructions
Ability to read, write, and design complex computations
If then statements utilizing multiple (more than 5) modeled object references
Experience with OpCenter SPC
Design and trending
Experience with OOB Change Management
Promotion, revisioning, and import/export
Ability to recognize custom fields and adapt them to future designs, as we have a large amount of custom changes to the OOB Siemens code.
Intimate experience working with CIO templates and have exposure to parallel processing requirements.
Can translate basic designs into OpCenter by looking through existing documentation (paper Batch Records)
