Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturer in the Greater Philadelphia area that is looking to hire an Acquistions Analyst/Finance Manager. The Acquistions Analyst/Finance Manager will be an individual contributor responsible for Merger and Acquisition-focused creation and maintenance of complex financial models, budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. In this role, you will also perform ROI analysis, develop KPIs, monitor financial performance, develop and implement cost-reduction strategies and financial control, and provide senior management with strategic plans for long-term financial benefits for the organization.
This is a Hybrid role (2-4 days/month onsite, sometimes unplanned)

The ideal Acquistions Analyst/Finance Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years' experience in a Big 4 transactions group and/or a corporate M&A analysis-focused role
- Extensive financial modeling experience
- Audit and Financial Reporting foundation preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and preference for PowerBI experience
