Mercy Nursing Earn as You Learn Program - Fall 2025

Mercy's EAYL program provides LPN/RN senior level Nursing students the opportunity to receive a $2,000 (taxed) stipend for the completion of their last 2 semesters at a Mercy hospital.
Students will receive structured support throughout your senior practicum with various members of Mercy leadership, including supervisors, clinicians, and nurse managers
Build professional connections and secure a position post-graduation .
To participate, student must commit to a bedside nursing position post graduation- it is encouraged that this is on the unit you are completing senior preceptor hours on. Commitment time after graduation is 6 months - 1 year, depending on of semesters.
To be considered for the program, you must submit an application by July 1st, 2025.
Mercy has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
