LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Merchandising Administrative Assistant with 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Direct opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a corporate environment. This position is located in Manhattan, NY, potential candidates must be bilingual in German.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire purchase order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day critical paths to ensure timely delivery and project completion.
  • Coordinate and place packaging briefs, ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports for the sales team, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly global team meetings to align strategies and share updates.
  • Provide comprehensive support for orders in the EMEA and Canada regions, ensuring seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in German

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role

Worksite: Hybrid, 4 Days in Office, 1 Day Remote

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $55,000-65,000/yr
