Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat or in person to provide support and information on products or services
- Collect and enter accurate information to schedule appointments for service
- Field customer questions/concerns; if beyond representative's knowledge, forward to the assigned specialist or appropriate staff
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Customer service experience preferred
