Salary: $85,000 - $175,000 per year

We are an established general contractor with over 100 years in the industry. With a broad range of project experience ranging from healthcare to high-rise mixed use and we are the preferred contractor in the North East. We are looking to immediately add to our team of skilled professionals by adding a Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent dedicated to overseeing MEP's. Job Details

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing MEP's on a commercial construction .
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Professional certification in project management (PMP) or a related field would be an advantage.
