Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP scope management from preconstruction to project completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Review MEP design documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local codes.
- Coordinate MEP subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, safety compliance, and quality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing MEP scopes on large-scale commercial construction projects.
