We are looking for a Mental Health Therapist to join our team of passionate professionals. The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy working with adolescents and families and will be able to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. The candidate will have knowledge related to conducting assessments, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and engaging in crisis intervention when necessary. The primary responsibility of the Residential Therapist role is to assure each resident's clinical needs are met and treatment plans are adhered to by the clinical and unit treatment team. This comes in the form of providing individual, family, and group therapy, as well as providing leadership and psychoeducation to direct care staff.
