Mental Health Practitioner with £3k welcome bonus
We are recruiting a Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Team in Lowestoft.
We want to recruit Practitioners who can join our trust and established Community Team; bringing with them fresh ideas and ambition. We welcome applications from newly qualified Practitioners and will support them through their preceptorship and development within the team.

Main duties of the job
Our primary focus is on collaborative working and recovery. The assessment tools and patient-centered philosophy underpin many aspects of service user recovery.
Main duties include:
- Managing a caseload of non-complex service users
- Providing holistic support and monitoring for service users and carers
- Administering depot medication (if registered nurse)
- Participating in weekly team meetings, reflective practice sessions, and case discussions

Person Specification Qualifications
- Valid registration with NMC or HCPC
- Mentorship qualification or willingness to undertake mentorship training
Other
- Ability to travel independently
Experience
- CPA implementation
- Relevant experience in the appropriate area
- Experience working within an MDT setting

This role is subject to a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975, requiring a disclosure submission to check for any criminal convictions.
Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 per year (gross)
